An embarrassing performance by the Rams on Friday evening saw them lose 3-0 at the AMEX. That leaves Derby in 10th place, 10 points from the playoff spots. Derby fans have taken to Twitter to make clear their feelings on the result.
On the night, goals from Sam Baldock, Glenn Murray, and Anthony Knockaert saw Brighton see out a comfortable 3-0 win. Despite, a significant number of passionate Derby fans who traveled down South to watch their side, the Rams did not deliver. In fact, the Whites in their away colours did not tally a single shot on target and only earned a single corner on Friday evening.
Hundreds of Derby County fans have responded in anger, disappointment, and sadness to the result on Twitter. We have collected the best ones.

This Derby fan is highlighting a lack of footballing intelligence in the Derby side, stating it was a factor in the defeat.
A striker in his mid 30's bullied us tonight. A player with lots of experience and got a brain. That's what we haven't got!! #dcfc #dcfcfans

Rhys wrote a very raw and passionate message to the Derby players.
@dcfcofficial pass this on to the whole team, I will never boo the players and didn't tonight! 400 miles, £75 petrol, embarrassing #dcfc pic.twitter.com/C7yAgcqaCM

Warwick is pointing out a lack of unity and team spirit within the side.
They play as individuals who can't be arsed. Feel for #dcfc fans who travelled. https://t.co/LgmQypt25e

This Derby fan is calling for McClaren to be replaced despite his short reign. He suggests that Gary Rowett is the manager to lead the Rams to success.
The man we want, the man we need, the man is Gary Rowett. The next former #dcfc we must have in charge for next season #dcfcfans pic.twitter.com/XBbBxfN6Fz

It seems that the removal of Steve McClaren could be picking up some momentum.
The only players who worked hard tonight were Ince, Vydra and Bryson, that's all! No shots on target, sums the game for us, SM out! #dcfc

This fan is antagonising Darren Bent after his tweet last week. Bent’s the previous tweet targeted his own fans implying they were fickle.

It seems there could be some dead wood amongst the ranks so to speak. If McClaren is still manager over the summer, he will be looking to remove and replace them.
Keith Andrews bang on with assessment, players body language was disgusting. Time to get rid of them this summer! #dcfc #dcfcfans
