Talented Bolton Wanderers midfielder, Josh Vela has extended his stay with the club.
The 22-year-old has signed a new deal which now runs through to 2019.
The news was announced on the club’s main Twitter account, earlier this afternoon.

He has so far featured twelve times for The Trotters in the league this season, scoring twice.
Vela, a graduate of the Bolton Academy, first joined the club at the age of nine.
Following impressive performances for the club’s youth team, Bolton confirmed that they had rejected a 1 Million pound offer from Liverpool in March 2011 – when he was still just 17-years-old.
His début for the first team followed in April 2012, coming on as a second-half substitute for current team-mate, Mark Davies.
He had to wait until the beginning of next season for his first ever start – which came against Crawley Town in the Capital One Cup, (now the EFL cup) but this was cut short after only seven minutes when an injury forced him to be replaced by Darren Pratley. This injury kept him absent for the next four months.
He has since gone on to make 74 appearances for the first team. Scoring four goals in total.
