Leeds United striker Souleymane Doukara is putting in some early pre-season fitness work. On the @sofcoach Instagram page, the Elland Road forward is seen doing various exercise drills.
Now managed by ex-Swansea City boss Garry Monk, Doukara now has a new boss to impress. After missing the tail end of last season through suspension, he is now looking to make up for lost time.
Coming on the day when Leeds are set to sign a new striker, the 24-year-old is now hoping to impress. The former Catania man moved to Leeds in July 2014. The original loan move was made permanent a couple of months later by owner Massimo Cellino. After going through a spell of being out of favour, Steve Evans brought him back into contention.

In both clips, the French-born striker is being out through his paces by a fitness coach. The forward has scored twelve goals for the club since linking up a few years ago. Last season, he went through a spell of scoring four goals in six games during January. It remains to be seen how much of a role he will have under Monk. He will obviously get his chance to impress, but Monk clearly wants to add more goals to his side.
