Aside from having Time To Go Massimo protest images projected onto it, nothing much new happened at Leeds United’s East Stand last season
Now all that has changed as the awnings get their new livery courtesy of Clipper Logistics PLC, the company who are to be the new East Stand official sponsor (see below).

Clipper Logistics PLC is owned by life-long Leeds fan and long-term hypothesised investor Steve Parkin, a 54-year old former miner turned logistics king-pin. The deal to announce Parkin’s company as official stand sponsors was sealed on March 14 this year and the Clipper brand and name will be seen by upwards of 30m vehicles that pass Elland Road every year, as well as being visible to all fans attending the ground as well as television audiences worldwide.
At the time the deal was first inked between Leeds and Parkin, the Clipper Logistics PLC boss said the following about the deal:
“As a lifelong Leeds fan, I’m delighted to have the business I’ve built over the past two decades become a sponsor of the club.
“It will expose the Clipper name to a global audience, as we continue to grow as a business and help shape the future of retail logistics. This association is a great partnership between Clipper and Leeds United, and I look forward to seeing it flourish.”
