5 things Leeds should produce for Reading

Get forward and get forward often.

Leeds looked dangerous when they went forward against Burnley in the 1-0 loss where the Whites were the much better team overall. Again, against Birmingham, Leeds had the measure of a higher placed team by swarming forward and essentially overwhelming them.

The Whites have their offensive weapons, players able to cause the opposition problems in areas of the field where they are forced to feel uncomfortable in. Leeds need to use these players and exploit those areas, force teams backwards and to play off the back foot.

Leeds are blessed with two full-backs in Gaetano Berardi and Charlie Taylor who like to bomb on down the flanks, combining well with Leeds’ wide midfield players and, in essence, helping to provide that go-forward impetus which makes Leeds look a better team whenever they employ these tactics.
