After a longer-than-expected hiatus, we’re easing back into some attendance stats with a round-up of the official figures as tweeted by our Championship clubs.
In the past year the Football League, and indeed their clubs, have started being more consistent in releasing these travelling fan numbers, with the FL publishing them every week.
For the fans that love to know the strength of the travelling support, this is a great improvement on years past when we’ve begged and borrowed to get the numbers for our away days fans.
The total number of fans at Championship games this afternoon:
191,218
To anyone who attended a game this afternoon, despite the snow and weather warnings we’ve been bombarded with, we hope you enjoyed it.
Send your pictures into our Twitter account, @FBL72 and we’ll be sure to use them.
