Leeds ready to loan out winger

Leeds United could be set to loan out winger Jordan Botaka, according to HITC Sport.

The 22 year old only signed for The Whites last deadline day from Dutch club Excelsior but he has struggled to make an impact at Elland Road.

It is now believed that the club are willing to allow him to leave Leeds, on a loan basis.

The winger is yet to register a league goal or assist since he signed for the West Yorkshire club.

He has made nine appearances for Leeds but last featured at Charlton in December.

The DR Congo international has failed to make the squad for Leeds last nine matches and is well down the pecking order at Elland Road.

Leeds are thought to be willing to allow the youngster to leave on loan, to allow him to gain more first team experience in the English leagues.

It is thought that a number of League One and Championship clubs are monitoring the situation surrounding his future.
