Dean Smith (Brentford)

Brentford Manager Dean Smith continues to bed into life in the Championship and his Brentford side had a solid month which sees their promotion push remain on track. The Bees recorded 3 wins, 2 draws and 1 defeat during the month which included an excellent 2-1 victory at Reading.

Mick McCarthy (Ipswich Town)

Ipswich Town Manager Mick McCarthy suffered a bad start to the month as the club suffered a 2-0 home defeat to title chasers Middlesbrough but his side bounced back with 4 victories from their next 5 matches.
