Sheffield Wednesday took a massive step forward in their promotion hunt after beating fellow Premier League chasers, Wolves.
Although Benik Afobe put the away side ahead just 16 minutes into the affair, the owls soon capitalised on the mistakes made by the Wolves back line, and went back into the changing room with a 2-1 lead, with former Watford player Fernando Martin Forestieri grabbing brace.
Wednesday came out with all guns blazing in the second half, with Czech international Daniel Pudil and former Celtic star Gary Hooper increasing thier lead to a 4-1 thrashing. Wednesday now sit in 7th place, just a point outside the play off positions, while Wolves are still struggling, currently placed in 17th.

Wolves fans were, understandably, not happy with the result. Many are questioning manager Kenny Jackett and whether he is still the right man for the job.
