Premier League clubs chase Brentford midfielder

Premier League sides Bournemouth and Swansea are reportedly chasing Brentford midfielder Alan Judge and could both move for the player in January, according to a report.

Judge has been in good form this season and has 5 goals in 12 appearances so far for the Bees this season, along with 2 assists.  This form is understood to be attracting interest from clubs playing in the top tier of English football.

Bournemouth were only promoted last season and some would consider the club one of the favourites to be relegated this term.  However Swansea are an established Premier League side and so could tempt Judge with this fact.

Judge initially joined Brentford in January 2014, on loan from Blackburn Rovers.  After playing a vital role in getting the club promoted from League 1, Judge was signed permanently by Brentford.

Since then he has been a regular in the Brentford starting line-up, either in his preferred position of on the wing or in defensive midfield.

It is believed that Bournemouth and Swansea have both sent scouts to watch Judge recently and Brentford are prepared for bids in January.
