Swansea turn down chance to sign QPR winger

Swansea have rejected the chance to sign Junior Hoilett, according to West London Sport.

There is a release clause in the winger’s contract that lets him leave QPR for £7m but the Loftus Road side are willing to let him leave for much less – even going as far as letting a team have him for nothing!

The player himself wants to leave the club to continue his career elsewhere and with boss Chris Ramsey also hinting that he may not pick Hoilett again after his recent performances, it looked as if he could be leaving the Championship side.

Swansea and several other clubs had registered an interest in the 25-year old but they have declined to make an offer for the ex-Blackburn man and he may now end up staying at QPR, unless a team makes a late bid for him.
