Wolves could add another goalkeeper to their ever-growing roster by making a move for Sunderland shot-stopper Vito Mannone – that’s according to the Express & Star.
The 27-year-old has fallen out of favour at the Stadium Of Light under Dick Advocaat with Costel Pantilimon occupying the number one jersey for the club.
Kenny Jackett has already acquired the services of Arsenal goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez on loan for the rest of the season to provide competition for Carl Ikeme.
However after rotating his goalkeepers around in recent matches due to shaky performances, the Wolves boss could be tempted to bring another keeper into the mix.
Mannone is also wanted by a host of other Championship clubs, including Middlesbrough and most notably Hull City, with Steve Bruce looking to find a reliable back-up for Allan McGregor and Dimi Konstantopoulos.
