Bradford City made the journey into South Yorkshire to face Barnsley at their Oakwell Stadium. Whilst the game ended in a 0-0 draw, the Bantams at least showed better resilience and strength than performances in recent weeks have demonstrated with a more cohesive all-round team display. With loan signings Reece Burke and Lee Evans performing well, it was an all-round encouraging performance from City. What will have no doubt have girded Bantam’s fans will be the better levels of performance of the players as they sought to put what amounts to some disappointing performances behind them and give themselves a platform to build from.
