Fulham, MATCH PREVIEW: Hull City vs Fulham

MATCH PREVIEW: Hull City vs Fulham

Tonight’s game marks the third match day of this year’s Championship campaign. With a 2-0 win at home to Huddersfield, and an away draw against Wolves, recently relegated Hull have collectively been a prospective outfit.

There’s a lot of talent in the squad and they definitely have the capability of finishing in one of the top spots, and I’m pretty sure they will be thereabouts the promotion places come the end of the season.

Fulham, however, suffered a tough defeat on Saturday to Brighton and Hove Albion at home. That 2-1 defeat means that Fulham currently sit 19th in the Championship table, just two places above the relegation zone, therefore I’m sure they will hoping to get all three points at the KC Stadium.

Marking some key players included in the game: firstly, Hull’s Chuba Akpom will be hoping to get in the first team after his 71st minute goal against Huddersfield. It was a strong Hull City performance and Akpom’s goal concluded what we all felt was an easy victory.

Hull City goalkeeper Allan McGregor will surely be hoping to put in a good performance after his error led to the Wolves equalizer in the game on Sunday.

Fulham have been working hard to improve their performances recently, and Tom Cairney’s goal from long range was soon forgotten when in the 4th minute of added time, Hemed’s penalty meant that Brighton got all 3 points.

O’Hara has been a star man over these last two games. He’s put in alot of effort and seems to have adjusted to life at the Cottage very quickly. There’s a few players who have been linked with a move to Craven Cottage at the back end of the Summer transfer, but no more signings have been announced as of yet.

I am sure both clubs will be excited and raring to go in Hull this evening, each of which will be hoping for a result to kick-start their season. Kick off is at 7:45pm.
