Reading are set to announce the signing of winger Paolo Hurtado, according to getreading.
The 25-year old is to put pen to paper on a three-year deal tonight, with his agent has being in the country since last week.
Hurtado currently plies his trade in Portugal for Paços de Ferreira after joining from Alianza Lima in 2012. He has gone on to make over 50 appearances for the side scoring 12 goals for the Primeira Liga side.
He has also been capped 20 times for Peru scoring 2 goals and was part of their 2015 Copa America squad.
The Royals are in need of wingers due to the absence of Garath McCleary and the Peruvian will be a huge boost ahead of Saturday’s encounter with Leeds in the Championship.
