Preston make their return to the Championship on Sunday, as they take on Middlesbrough.
It’ll certainly be an interesting match and it could be a tough one for the Lilywhites, with Boro coming up just short in their attempt to get promotion last season. They’ll certainly be raring to go to try and go one step further and clinch promotion in 2015/16
Preston on the other hand managed to go up through the play-offs, after nine previous failed attempts. They’ll be hoping the momentum of that victory can help them pull off a win over the Riverside Stadium club.
PNE boss Simon Grayson certainly believes it will be tough for his side but he sounds more than ready for the challenge this weekend.
