Wolves swoop to sign former Liverpool midfielder

Annouced today on the official Wolves website, Wolves have completed the signing of Huddersfield Town midfielder Conor Coady for a fee in the region of £2 million

After having a successful loan spell at Sheffield United playing 50 games and scoring 6 goals, Huddersfield made an offer to Liverpool in the region of £375k and he joined for the start of the 2014/15 season.

He was ever present in the Terriers set-up last season making 44 league appearances and scoring 3 goals. Jacket saw exactly what Coady could do when at Molineux last season he scored an magnificent finesse shot from nearly 30 yards out in a 3-1 win for Huddersfield.

At only 22 years old, he is regarded a hot prospect and could be steal for Wolves as he could play a main part in their surge back into the top division.
