According to Sky Sources, Swansea full back Jazz Richards is completing a medical at Fulham.
The 24 year old defender is about to return to Fulham, the team he spent part of last season on loan with.
Spending his youth career at rivals Cardiff then moving onto Swansea, he made his first team debut at the beginning of the 2009/10 season against Middlesbrough and went on to make 15 appearances in his first season. In the 2011/12 season he made his Premier League debut and international debut for Wales against Norwich and Mexico respectively, both of those ending in defeat.
He then spent most of the next three seasons out on loan at Crystal Palace, Huddersfield Town and Fulham. The most successful coming at the London club last season where he made 14 league appearances and really found himself at home.
He will definitely be relishing the prospect of returning to Fulham and carrying on what he left off.
