After much speculation amidst Neil Redfearn not being offered an extension to his Leeds United ‘head coach’ role, then with Leeds appointing a new ‘head coach’ in Uwe Rösler, it was a surprise that Redders took on his old role of Academy/Development squad coach.
Now it seems that there could even be more rumblings afoot – that’s if Twitter is to be believed. It took the following Tweet to get Leeds fans frothing…
More #lufc turns out Neil Redfearn had a meeting with lawyers yesterday. He is leaving Leeds. Mate spent an hour today talking to Pearson.

Leeds fans, as a whole, are conscious of the debt of gratitude that they owe Readfearn for battling to preserve the Championship status of the club after a disastrous start to the 2014/15 Championship campaign that saw the Whites facing the cold reality of a relegation battle. However, whilst thankful, they remain realistic that he perhaps wasn’t the man to take the club forward and upwards towards beckoning glory. Still, it is his steadfast loyalty and bleed-white-and-blue Leeds attitude that the fans identify with and it is the way he was treated at the end of last season that rankles most Leeds fans.
So, with the ‘alleged’ possibility that he is being ‘seemingly forced’ out of the club, it is no wonder that Leeds fans have taken to Twitter in a decided state of consternation.
@simon_orourke why the club would want Redfearn gone is any ones guess, madness to stop him working with the youth set up #lufc mot

So, with yet another possible saga on the books at Leeds United, this one is definitely one that needs watching carefully.
