Football League ‘Stand Up & Be Counted’ overseas fans

The Football League is currently running a competition for overseas fans of all 72 league clubs called ‘Stand Up & Be Counted’ and theirs a prize at stake for one lucky winner. As the blurb says on the website’s dedicated page,

“We are asking you to show your support and put your club on the map. In return, you will be given the chance to win flights, accommodation and tickets to see your team play, all courtesy of The Football League!”

All that fans have to do is click on this link and follow the instructions…but only if they live ‘overseas’. Their entry for the club they support is then logged on the ‘leaderboard’, currently headed by Leeds United with almost 1,600 of the near 9,000 fans entered from 199 countries.

Currently the overall leaderboard looks like this (below)

Fans of the other 71 clubs, get entered. There’s prizes to be won.
