Matt Green has returned to Mansfield, after a spell with Blues.
Green only scored one league goal for Blues, but he suffered with a horrific injury as he started to settle under Lee Clark.
Green hit 40 goals for Mansfield in his previous spell and was very well liked, but it remains to be seen whether or not he can regain his pre-injury form.
The forward was known for his electric pace and his eye for a goal and hopefully he hasn’t lost too much of that pace. It’s such a shame both Blues and Green never saw what he could do at this level, as he showed signs of being a good player at this level.
