Reports have emerged that Rotherham boss Steve Evans is eyeing up a move for Dundee United striker Nadir Ciftci following his sparkling form for The Terrors this season.
Ciftci has scored 12 goals in 34 this season for Dundee United, making him the fourth top scorer in the Scottish Premier League.
Starting his career at Portsmouth, the Turkish forward would be no stranger to English football after spending a season at Fratton Park.
Spells in Turkey, with Kayserispor, and Holland, with NAC Breda, preceded a move to Scotland where the 23 year-old has been for the past two seasons.
The diminutive striker has been capped for both Holland, at U17 level, and most recently Turkey, at U19 level in 2011.
Ciftci has been instrumental in a side that has managed to come runners-up in the Scottish Cup in the 2013-14 season, and also come runners-up in the Scottish League Cup this season, losing to giants Celtic in the final.
Evans will be looking to add goal scorers to his squad as The Millers finished the 6th lowest scorers in the league, scoring 46 goals in 46 games.
