The Rams have recently dipped in form, after not winning any of their last 5 games. Injury news is the latest blow, as we found out that midfielder Omar Mascarell is set to miss the rest of the season.

Derby County boss, Steve McClaren has told the BBC that a tendon injury in his foot looks like it will leave the midfielder out for the rest of the season.

The injury he picked up in training recently has left him sidelined, and has now flagged up the seriousness. McClaren was full of praise for his midfielder and praised how he has adapted to the English game to become ‘English-like.’

‘We have looked at combinations in midfield and what produces the best, and Omar has been in the middle three that has been one of the top trio,’ said McClaren.

‘It’s difficult to come in and impose yourself in another country but he has done it and grown in to our game. He has become more aggressive and more English-like.’

Derby will be looking for their first 3 points since February 24th, when they won 2-0 against Charlton. Tonight, they face an away game at the Molineux, and winning will put them above Norwich. However, if Wolves can take all 3 points at home, they can sneak into the play-offs if they win by a three goal margin.
