POLL: The final Play-off spot – who will achieve it?

The push for promotion through the Play-offs is on, and with 10 games to go, it’s even tougher for Brentford, Ipswich, Wolves and maybe, even Nottingham Forest. Leave a vote on the poll who YOU think is capable achieving the 6th spot, out of the teams below.

Brentford – Sitting in 6th spot with 10 games to go, Brentford hope to secure this spot as they have the upper advantage from those below them. Silly mistakes and errors would be costly at this stage and points can’t be dropped. Are Brentford prepared for the Premier League? Would another season in the Championship benefit them? Only time will tell…

Ipswich – Currently in 7th position, just a point off 6th. They have a better goal difference than Brentford, so could just sneak in on Saturday with a point, assuming results go their way. Mick McCarthy has had a promising season, with striker Daryl Murphy having a prolific season, as the leagues top goal scorer.

Wolves – Taking up 8th spot, 4 points off Play-offs. Every game is now crucial if they want to close down on Brentford and Ipswich, and must win at least 6 or 7 games in their last 10, and maybe take a draw with tougher opponents, as they still have to face the likes of Derby which could seriously dent their Play-off hopes. They also hope Benik Afobe continues to keep scoring, as he is in great form right now. After back-to-back relegations, Wolves are looking for two successive promotions.

Nottingham Forest – Many people think they’re out of it, in 9th place, 9 points away.  However,  Forest fans themselves believe they can seriously go on a late charge. After just losing 1 game under new manager Dougie Freedman, they will hope they can string back-to-back wins and win 8 out of 10 of their remaining games. It’s going to be extremely difficult, but is it too little, too late?

Vote below who you think  will finish in the Play-offs…
