League 1 Preview: Preston North End v. Coventry City

Coventry City will hope to overturn an awful record tomorrow afternoon as the Sky Blues go in search for their first ever league victory at Deepdale. City will be up against it however as Preston will be looking for a first win in 6 in the league to re-boot their promotion challenge at the top of League One.

Form

2015 has not been kind to Preston thus far. Knocked out of the JPT by Walsall at the final hurdle before Wembley has been coupled with a loss of form in the league that has seen North End drop from just one point off leaders Bristol at the turn of the year to now 10 points behind the leaders having gone without a win in the league since Boxing Day. The visitors are going through a similar barren spell with a 4-game winless run ahich has meant the Sky Blues are flirting all too dangerously with the relegation places.
