Millwall have agreed a loan deal for Leeds United midfielder, Michael Tonge.
The 31-year-old has signed on loan until the end of the season and will add experience to the Lions midfield.
Tonge will not be available for selection when Leeds welcome Millwall to Elland Road on the 14th of February.
Boss Ian Holloway believes he can play a similar role to Nicky Bailey, acting as a wall and protection for the back four. Due to Bailey’s reoccurring calf problem the Millwall boss had been looking to strengthen in that department of the pitch.
He now becomes Millwall’s seventh signing of the January transfer window.
