Derby County duo Paul Coutts and Kieron Freeman have joined League One outfit Sheffield United.
The Rams took to Twitter this afternoon and wrote:

Defender, Freeman, had a spell on loan at United last year and helped them to an FA Cup Semi-Final date at Wembley against Premier League Hull City. Over the last few weeks, reports have suggested that the Blades, who sit 7th in the League One table, made a bid for the pair. A bid that has today been confirmed by the Rams.
Coutts, 26, started his career at Cove Rangers but made the move to the Rams in July of 2012 from Preston North End. In his time with Derby, he has made 67 appearances, scoring 3 goals and setting up 11 (Source: TransferMarkt).
New signing Coutts tweeted:
Can’t wait to get started @SUFC_tweets Looking forward to the challenges ahead and a promotion push.

Derby County released an article on their website which concluded:
“Both players leave with the Rams’ best wishes for the future and thanks for their contribution on and off the field.”
