Jamie O’Hara has had his Wolverhampton Wanderers contract cancelled by mutual consent, according to the club’s website.

O’Hara made 55 appearances for the club since he joined back in 2011 but had been frozen out of the squad by manager Kenny Jackett having been on a salary believed to be between £25-35k a week. The 27-year-old has been looking for a club to come in for him throughout the summer but to no avail despite several clubs coming to watch him turn out for the under-21 side.
