Peterborough loan goalkeeper Bobby Olejnik to Scunthorpe on a short term deal.

The 27 year-old was a former Aston Villa trainee and has recently made a move from League one side to another.

Austrain shot-stopper Olejnik has joined Scunthorpe on a 28 day deal after finding himself falling down the pecking order at London Road.

He has had to compete with Ben Alnwick for a starting position in the Posh goal and has now been forced to make a move in order to get some playing time, of only for a short period.

Olejnik has made over 100 appearances for Peterborough since his making his switch from Torquay two years ago.

Scunthorpe will be hoping Olejnik can make the difference as they look to make an impact on League One since their second place finish last campaign.
