Sharp to have medical at Leeds

Sky Sports journalist, Pete O’Rourke, is reporting that Southampton striker, Billy Sharp, is set to have a medical at Leeds United.

O’Rourke took to Twitter and said:

Speculation has been circulating over the last few days over a possible move for Sharp, but it now seems that the former Sheffield United striker is set to sign a deal at Elland Road with the West Yorkshire side.

In his prolonged career, the 28 year old has made over 330 appearances in all competitions, scoring 134 goals. Picking up only one straight red card in his professional career (Source: TransferMarkt), the disciplined striker has played over 25000 minutes of football in all competitions.
