The 21 year old held talks with the club on Wednesday and put pen-to-paper later this evening, according to chairman Fawaz Alhasawi.

Assombalonga was League 1’s joint top-scorer last year, netting 33 times in 58 appearances for Peterborough and as a result attracted interest from clubs in both the Championship and Premier League. Whilst the deal is currently undisclosed, it is believed to be around £5.5m.
