The Board
As has been previously stated, the fans of Derby County have a lot to thanks the current board for. They have both steadied and advanced the club within the space of 4 seasons. The club was crippled by debt left by previous regimes and it was of paramount importance to get the club back on a level playing field. Chief Executive Sam Rush, Operating Director John Vicars and Head of Football Operations Chris Evans are the men that have opened doors for the club such as finding a stadium sponsor that is the largest ever in the Football League. With these men in charge of the financial side of the club, it fills the fans with confidence.
