Barnsley face a tricky trip to Charlton Athletic tomorrow but will be in confident mood after beating Luton Town last time out. Here is a predicted starting XI for Daniel Stendel’s side-
GK- Adam Davies- He has been on international duty with Wales so missed the Luton game last weekend but will replace Jack Walton in goal.
RB- Dimitre Cavare- The 23-year-old has had an impressive season so far and has made the right-back position his own.
CB- Ethan Pinnock- The Tykes’ captain will be looking to lead his side to three points against Charlton.
CB- Liam Lindsay- He has formed an effective partnership alongside Pinnock in defence.
LB- Ben Williams- The 19-year-old is being tipped for a big future by the Oakwell club and is likely to start again.
CDM- Kenny Dougall- He has been on international duty with Australia and was unused substitute as they beat Kuwait 4-0.
CDM- Alex Mowatt- The former Leeds United midfielder has had a solid season and has become a key player for Stendel’s side.
RM- Brad Potts- He bagged another goal against Luton on Saturday and will be hopeful of adding to his tally tomorrow.
LM- George Moncur- The 25-year-old can cause problems against any team in League One.
CAM- Mike Bahre- The Hannover loanee is expected to start again. Expect Potts, Moncur and himself to rotate positions throughout the game.
ST- Jacob Brown- Top scorer Kieffer Moore is still a doubt for the Tykes so the highly-rated Brown is likely to start up top.
