Stephen Dobbie was reported a few days ago by the Daily Mail to have reportedly weighed up the options of Blackpool and Fleetwood and looks set to turn down the Tangerines for the Cod Army.
Dobbie who is currently at Palace is going to leave the clubs as he has been deemed to be surplus to Tony Pulis’ requirements. Nobody expected however that the Cod Army would prepare a transfer for him and with Blackpool’s current situation, he is unlikely to join his former club due to the sufficient lack of players and the likeliness of relegation anyway.
Fleetwood however with have other hopes and will be wanting to switch places with their rivals down the coast by trying to secure another promotion to counteract Blackpool’s imminent relegation.
