West Brom will not lose winger Harvey Barnes to parent club Leicester City, with England winger Demarai Gray’s injury discovered to be less severe than first thought.
The injury looked like a potentially serious injury for English youngster Demarai Gray, who left the pitch on a stretcher, wearing an oxygen mask and a brace on his leg. Original fears were that the winger could’ve suffered a broken leg.
However, the youngster revealed on his Instagram that it will not be long before he is back from injury, stating he will “be back in no time”.

The news comes as a relief to West Brom manager Darren Moore, who will have been worried he was set to lose Harvey Barnes – who has been one of The Baggies’ top performers this season. Barnes has scored three times in nine appearances, picking up two assists and a goal of the month for his stunning debut strike against Bolton Wanderers.
However, there is a chance that Barnes will still be recalled back to the King Power Stadium, with a recall option available for Claude Puel in the January transfer window.
