Hull City accept offer from Turkish Süper Lig side for winger

Hull City have apparently accepted an offer from Bursaspor for winger Kamil Grosicki, according to Turkish news outlet Bursa Hakimiyet.

The 30-year-old has been linked with a move away from the KCOM Stadium throughout this transfer window and looks likely to finally get a move before the end of the month. European clubs can still sign players on permanent deals.

Bursaspor play their football in the Turkish Süper Lig and finished 13th last season. They made the headlines in 2010 when they won the league title for the first time in their history.

Kamil Grosicki could now be Bursa-bound as he looks forward to the next chapter of his career. He joined the Tigers in January 2017 from French Ligue 1 side Rennes for a fee of around £7 million but he could not prevent them from slipping into the Championship in his first season at the club.

He stayed with Hull in the second tier last season despite being constantly linked with moves away from the KCOM Stadium. He played 38 games in all competitions and managed 9 goals.

Grosicki represented Poland is country at the World Cup in Russia this summer and played in all three of their group games.

He is a top player in the Championship on his day and showed glimpses of genuine quality for Hull last season. However, for whatever reason he has not really been a first-team regular since Nigel Adkins took charge in December.

Grosicki’s likely departure could pave the way for some new signings to come into the KCOM Stadium.
