QPR getting very busy- Hopeful of three new signings today

QPR are hoping to sign some players before the transfer window shuts after a frustrating summer. Here are three deals they want to get done-

Tomer Hemed-

QPR are hoping to tie up a deal for the Brighton and Hove Albion striker. He would offer Steve McClaren’s side more of an attacking threat and another dimension going forward. Hemed, who is an Isreal international, scored 18 and then 15 goals in his last two seasons in the Championship with the Seagulls. However, he only played 19 games for them last season in the top flight, hence why he is set to move.

Marcus Bettinelli-

The Hoops along with fellow Championship side Bristol City are keen on the Fulham goalkeeper, according to Bristol Live. McClaren is in the hunt for another goalkeeper to provide more competition/depth to his current options. Bettinelli is a target and he played 24 times for Fulham last season to help them gain promotion to the Premier League under Slavisa Jokanovic.

Gary Gardner-

QPR are also keen on Aston Villa midfielder Gary Gardner, according to journalist Gregg Evans on Twitter. However, they will have to face competition from fellow Championship sides such as Birmingham City and Bolton Wanderers. The 26-year-old has fallen down the pecking order at Villa and could leave them before the transfer deadline. He spent last season on loan at Barnsley and has also enjoyed loan stints with the likes of Coventry City, Sheffield Wednesday, Brighton and Hove Albion and Nottingham Forest so far in his career.
