Nottingham Forest to lose Lansbury?

According to talkSPORT, Nottingham Forest could be set to lose one of their star players, Henri Lansbury, as Burnley prepare a bid for him.

Clarets boss, Sean Dyche, has identified Lansbury as a potential target as Burnley look to prepare for life back in the Premier League.

Lansbury spent an agonising three months on the sidelines last season after suffering a fracture in his lower back, however,  before his injury, he was an essential part in Nottingham Forest’s plans and is now back to full fitness; looking to make a return.

Burnley might not have it all their way though. TalkSPORT are also reporting that Uwe Rosler’s Wigan are looking to sign the 23 year old, in an attempt to bolster his squad and push for promotion in the up-coming 2014/15 season.

Since joining Forest in 2012, Lansbury has made 61 appearances for the club, scoring 12 goals along the way, but it looks like boss Stuart Pearce will unable to keep hold of the talented youngster.
