Three players West Brom could sign on deadline day

West Brom are still in the hunt for some new players before tomorrow’s transfer deadline. Here are three players they could sign-

James Tavernier- West Brom have seen a £3 million move for the Rangers defender turned down today and could potentially move back in again for him tomorrow. The Scottish Premier League right-back has been impressive for the Ibrox club over the past few years and would be a shrewd signing by the Baggies. Darren Moore is keen to bring another defender or two in and Tavernier would fit the bill. You would expect this transfer saga to go on into tomorrow.

Afriyiah Acquah- The Baggies were linked with a move for the Ghanian international midfielder yesterday, as reported by The72. He currently plays his football in Serie A for Torino but is attracting interest from elsewhere and could be on his way to a new club tomorrow. The former Parma, Hoffenheim and Sampdoria midfielder would offer West Brom more options in midfield.

Sam Vokes- Burnley are trying to sign Jay Rodriguez from West Brom and could involve Sam Vokes in a deal, as reported by The72 earlier today. The experienced striker has played for the Clarets since 2012 and has racked up over 200 appearances for them. He is also a proven goalscorer at Championship level so would be a great addition to the Baggies’ side. Vokes, who has made 59 caps for the Wales national team, would form a great strike partnership with Dwight Gayle at the Hawthorns.
