5 Things we learned from Crawley v Brighton (Pre-Season)

Last night I attended my first game of the new season, albeit pre-season – Crawley Town against Brighton & Hove Albion.
A local Sussex derby in which recent years has started to cement its place in both clubs pre-season calendar.
The fixture was very important for both in preparations for the start of the season, with Crawley Town trailing several new players and for the Brighton fans a first look at the team after their trip to La Manga in Spain.
I’ve picked up 5 things learnt from last night’s encounter which finished 1-1 with plenty of positives for each side.
