It has been a summer of transition for Nigel Adkins’ side with plenty of comings and goings. Here is a predicted starting XI for tomorrow night-
GK- David Marshall
Following the departure of Allan McGregor to Rangers over the summer, Marshall will now be Hull’s number one.
RB- Eric Lichaj
The American international is set to make his debut for the Tigers having joined them from fellow Championship side Nottingham Forest.
CB- Jordy de Wijs
The 23-year-old defender left PSV Eindhoven to move to Hull and is likely to make his debut for them tomorrow night.
CB- Reece Burke
Another likely debutant, Hull paid £1.5 million to sign Burke from West Ham United. He spent time on loan at Bolton Wanderers last season.
LB- Stephen Kingsley
The Scottish international will be wanting to make the left-back spot his own in this campaign. He had problems with injuries last season but is looking to kick-start his Tigers career.
RM- Jarrod Bowen
He managed 15 goals last season and looks to another big campaign ahead of him.
CM- Markus Henriksen
The Norweigen international is now the captain of the Tigers.
CM- Daniel Batty
The 20-year-old is set to make his breakthrough into the first-team this season.
LM- Todd Kane
The Chelsea loanee, who is technically a defender, has been playing at left midfield for Hull in pre-season and Adkins could be tempted to start him there against Aston Villa.
CAM- Evandro
The former Porto midfielder has had a great pre-season and could be a huge player for Hull this season.
ST- Nouha Dicko
The experienced frontman is likely to get the nod ahead of Frazier Campbell.
