Three players who could still leave Nottingham Forest before the end of the transfer window

Nottingham Forest have been one of the busiest teams in the transfer window this summer. Here are three players who could still leave them before the end of the transfer window-

Jamie Ward-

The experienced forward spent the latter part of last season on loan at Cardiff City and could leave the City Ground before the transfer window shuts. Due to the vast variety of attacking options that Forest have signed this summer, it is hard to see him getting into Aitor Karanka’s plans. The 32-year-old has previously played for the likes of Aston Villa, Sheffield United and Derby County in the past. Ward has also made 33 caps for Northern Ireland.

Alex Iacovitti-

The young centre-back spent last season on loan at Forest Green Rovers in League Two. It is likely that the Reds will loan him out again for the next campaign to gain some more first-team experience. Iacovitti, who is 20-years-old, is a product of their academy and has also enjoyed a loan spell in the fourth tier with Mansfield in the past as well. Forest may want to test him at League One level next season.

Daryl Murphy-

He only joined the Reds last summer from Newcastle United but has not been a regular starter for them since his move. He could therefore be targeted by other Championship clubs in search of a striker before the end of the transfer window. Murphy is an experienced forward at this level and has scored goals in the past.
