Kasimpasa triker Mbaye Diagne is the latest player to be linked with Hull City in this transfer window. Here are five things to know about him-
1. He is 6ft 3inc- The 26-year-old is a tall striker and poses an aerial threat from crosses into the box and set pieces. If Hull are able to bring him to the KCOM Stadium, he would offer Nigel Adkins another dimension going forward and a plan B.
2. Formerly of Juventus- The Italian giants snapped him up in 2015 after he impressed in the lower reaches of the Italy with Brandizzo and Bra. However, he did not play a single game for Juventus but did enjoy loan spells at Ajaccio, Lierse, Al-Shabab and Westerlo.
3. Hungary for goals- Diagne left Juventus in 2015 on a permanent deal to join Hungarian top flight side Újpest. He managed to score 11 goals in 14 appearances for them and this earned him a move to Chinese side Tianjin in February 2016.
4. Spell in China- The Senegalese front-man spent a full season playing for Tianjin in China and scored 15 goals in 44 appearances for them in the Chinese Super League, which is the first division in China. The team he played for, Tianjin TEDA, share the same nickname as Hull City in the Tigers.
5. Only moved to Kasimpasa in January- The Turkish Super Lig side swooped to sign Diagne just five months. He has impressed for them since his transfer and has scored 12 goals for them in 17 games. Based on his goal scoring record, he could be a decent coup for Hull.
