Three players Daniel Stendel could sign for Barnsley this summer

League One side Barnsley are still yet to make a signing under new boss Daniel Stendel. Here are three players the German boss could sign from his old club Hannover 96-

Babacar Gueye- The 23-year-old could become available for loan this summer from Hannover and is an option for Stendel. He is a 6ft 3inc striker who would be a real handful for League One defenders. Gueye, who is from Senegal, has had loan spells at Belgian sides Zulte Waregem and Sint-Truidense in recent years. Stendel signed him for Hannover from French side Troyes, where Gueye had broken into their first-team as a youngster.

Noah Joel Sarenren Bazee- He is another striking option for Stendel at Barnsley. The Nigerian forward is still on the books at Hannover but is keen to gain more first-team experience. He is mainly used as a substitute or in the reserves for the German side and a move to Barnsley in League One would be a perfect opportunity to get some game time under his belt.

Kenan Karaman- The once capped Turkey international is a regular for Hannover II and is another potential option Stendel could explore. If he is to utilise his contacts with Hannover to sign a player or two fro the Tykes, then Karaman could be high on his list. The former Hoffenheim front-man is 6ft 3inc and it would be intriguing to see how he got on in League One.

Barnsley are keen to stick to their policy of signing young players who can develop as all three of these fit into that mould.
