Fenerbahce, Nice and Celta Vigo eye up a move for Stoke City attacker

According to Turkish-Football.com, Turkish side Fenerbahce are supposedly keen on agreeing on a deal with Stoke City for their attacking midfielder Bojan Krkic ahead of the new season.

The Turkish sides Director of Football is supposedly set to come to the UK to speak to the Potters about a potential move for the Spanish midfielder.

Bojan burst onto the scene at Barcelona and scored 41 goals in 163 appearances for the Spanish giants at the age of only 17 through to a month before his 21st Birthday.

The talented midfielder then enjoyed a spell with Roma, Milan and Ajax befoe eventually moving across to join up with Stoke City.

The Spanish midfielder quickly fell out of favour at Stoke City though and spent part of last season on loan with Spanish side Alaves, however, he failed to find the net for the club.

The 27-year-old is still highly talented and a move away from Championship Stoke City to one of Europe’s bigger clubs would give him the opportunity to reignite his career after it started so promisingly.

It’s thought that Stoke City are looking to get rid of some of their higher earners from their time in the Premier League with the club looking set to lose the likes of Xherdan Shaqiri, Jack Butland and Bojan as well.

The club have committed to keeping Welsh International Joe Allan, however, to keep the vast majority of the Premier League players would be both expensive and unsustainable in the Championship, especially considering the fact that they are looking to bring in new signings as well.
