SkySports reporter Tim Thornton has tweeted to suggest that Leeds United are attempting to get several transfers over the line but refrained from providing details on which players the West-Yorkshire club are attempting to bring in, to several fans frustrations.
For those asking about signings, I understand Leeds are working hard to get players in. The club currently trying to get several deals done #lufc

The West-Yorkshire club announced that goalkeeper Andy Lonergan was to leave the club earlier today which has promoted several fans to think that the club are set to sign a goalkeeper, although details of any deal with a potential target are yet to emerge.
It could be a long few days until the end of the week for Leeds United fans but it could well be a period which the club announce a new signing – or possibly even a flurry of signings if Thornton’s tweet is anything to go by.
Here’s some of the reactions that some Leeds United fans have given towards the clubs transfer business:
Working hard. But disappointing so far. Especially for getting them in early for fitness and tactics.

If these deals get done people will quickly forget how long they took. If we get to the end of the window and nothings happened we need to ask serious questions of the board.
