Norwich City eyeing move for impressive trio which includes Liverpool winger

Norwich City want to complete moves for Liverpool’s Harry Wilson, Sheffield Wednesday’s Jordan Rhodes and Wolves’ Ben Marshall according to a report from journalist Alan Nixon.

Last season the Canaries showed a lot of promise under head coach Daniel Farke but they were unable to make a real impact and failed to make the Sky Bet Championship play-offs. This time though they do want to make it into the top six and know they are going to need some reinforcements if that is going to be the case. And Norwich are looking at three players they are looking to sign.

The first player they are wanting to sign is Wilson, a talented 21-year-old winger currently at Liverpool. He attracted plenty of attention after getting his first cap for Wales as a 16-year-old and has since showed his potential in loan moves at Crewe Alexandra and Hull City. And with Norwich losing Josh Murphy this summer after he moved to Cardiff City, they believe Wilson could be an ideal replacement.

But Wilson isn’t the only player Norwich are interested in signing this summer. It has already made clear that they want to sign Jordan Rhodes on loan from Sheffield Wednesday with the potential large fees forcing them to have a temporary move rather than a permanent deal. They also want to sign Marshall from Wolves with the winger being allowed to leave after their promotion to the Premier League. But they face stiff competition from Millwall for the signature of the former Blackburn Rovers winger.
