Here are three players that Michael Collins should get rid of at Bradford City

Bradford City promoted under-18s boss Michael Collins to the role of head coach, his first senior position.

The 32-year-old becomes the youngest manager in the top four divisions of English football and succeeds Simon Grayson, who left the club in May.

Former Huddersfield midfielder Collins played for Scunthorpe, Oxford United, Leyton Orient and Indian side Bengaluru during his playing career.

Here are three players that Micheal Collins should get rid of at Bradford City

Dom Poleon – Poleon joint Bradford from AFC Wimbledon in June for an undisclosed fee, he scored 13 goals in 49 appearances in all competitions but hasn’t lived up to the hype in pre-season. In 40 appearances for Bradford he’s found the net six times with a conversation rate of 19%, this means 231.5 minutes per goal which isn’t good enough for a side who want to push for promotion.

Shay McCartan – The forward joined the Bantams from Accrington Stanley for an undisclosed six-figure fee in late June. McCartan arrived at the Northern Commercials Stadium on a three-year deal but after this season isn’t likely to see out this contract. He has appeared 24 times for Bradford but only scored four goals which again isn’t good enough.

Nathaniel Knight-Percival – Former Shrewsbury Town captain Nathaniel Knight-Percival joined City in the summer of 2016. A ball playing left sided defender but has found the physical aspect of League One tough this campaign. Maybe Micheal Collins will get rid and bring in some real quality to their backline.
