1. Sam Baldock
Although Brighton have signed Chris O’Grady, back up or a partnering striker is always a helpful option and the signing of Sam Baldock would be a brilliant one if Bristol could agree a deal for him. Baldock, 25 was League One’s top scorer last season with a cool 24 goals for his side. Brighton reportedly moved for the striker before, the Bristol Post reported and the Gulls may be willingly prepared to bid again for the striker with them receiving £7 million for Leanardo Ulloa who had departed for Leicester City.
If Brighton are prepared to bid higher, they may well get their man who would surely be welcomed to the Amex with open arms from the fans.
