Are Leeds United fans right to moan – a verdict of sorts
The following tweet pretty much summed up Leeds fans’ feeling when the EFL wouldn’t overturn the infamous 15-point sanction after going in to administration. It is what digs at Leeds United fans when they utter about the nature of the football authorities and how there seems to be an anti-Leeds United agenda.

Earlier this season, when Wolves comprehensively beat Leeds United at Elland Road, Leeds owner Andrea Radrizzani was lambasted for sour grapes for questioning the role of super agent Jorge Mendes at the Black Country club. As Twitter turned on Radrizzani, many were accusing him of a mix of sour grapes and bad sportsmanship. But what Leeds’ Italian owner asked for was a level playing field. Leeds fans are complaining that, if one looks at precedent, then the EFL’s wanting to sit down with Aston Villa makes a mockery of any concept of the field being anything other than the steepest of slopes.
